I first met Dr. Trisha for a sports related knee injury. She went beyond the primary problem and addressed the root cause i.e. my poor physical fitness levels. Though I already knew human anatomy and physiology she taught me a great deal about the functioning of the muscles, bones and joints, the importance of healthy eating habits and regular physical activity.
