My expertise in this area stems from my extensive training at renowned institutes worldwide. I completed my MBBS from T.N Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital in Mumbai. I completed my Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine from the University of Glasgow, UK. I have pursued further specialized training at following centers:

- Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center, Ohio, USA
In India, I worked at Sri Ramachandra University and Medical Centre and Centre for Sports Science (CSS) in Chennai as an Exercise and Sports Physician for nearly 7 years. During this time, in addition to seeing athletes, patients and teaching students, I also completed a PhD in Sports Medicine before returning to my hometown of Mumbai. During my short professional career so far, I have been the Sports Physician to many national and international athletes from various sports and at many Sports Events.
I remain abreast with recent advances by interacting with professionals across the world. I have been invited for talks on a wide variety of topics like obesity, weight management, fitness, prevention and rehabilitation of injuries, on field injuries, anti-doping, etc. I actively participate in conferences, workshops, presenting papers and have published papers in some of the leading International Sport Medicine journals. In pursuit of my approach to holistic treatment of every patient or client who consults me, I have also trained in the theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga from the The Yoga Institute, Santacruz. I am personally passionate about a fit lifestyle. Besides that, I love spending time with my family and friends and am avid traveler and outdoor person.
