    The doctor of the future will give no medicines, but will interest his patient in the care of human frame, in diet and in cause and prevention of disease. There is recent epidemic of lifestyle diseases, many of which may require lifelong treatment and although as a doctor we have the best medicines available for treatment, I believe prevention is the best way to control this epidemic.

    Irrespective of whether you a person who sits in office all day or a busy housewife who is running after children and house chores or an athlete, Exercise medicine can benefit all to lead a healthier lifestyle and improve the way they look and feel.
